![]() There are light blue eyes- which I'm stunned they bothered to paint at this scale- and a light face helps to bring out some of the sculpted detail. The head is more or less "movieverse" but it's not like you can tell at this scale. ![]() Silver, light blue, red, black, and yellow paint on this figure no doubt added to the cost, but it looks really slick. He is jointed at the shoulders, hips, and sorta the knees while the figure has a decent amount of deco. The robot mode is also quite nice, but it has all the usual trappings of this smaller 3-inch figure scale. It looks great, and I bet repaints of it would look pretty cool too. Now that Hasbro has included weapons in all these figures, they're a little more fun: it gives the figure a little more oomph and the vehicle has one extra thing you can play with. The vehicle has no real action features to speak of, but there are a bunch of small holes on which you can attach weapons. The wheels on my sample roll fairly well, which is a plus. Granted, I'm not a car guy either, so I just enjoy this thing as a funky toy. ![]() It's bulky and sleek all at once, which I didn't know was really possible. I really dig the vehicle mode, as the giant windshield reminds me a little bit of the movie (and by movie, I mean 1987) Autobot cars. Fold up the legs at the "knees", fold 'em back, and then fold the arms in place and presto- you get some funky Cybertronian car thing. Packaged in robot mode, transformation is just as easy as always. And it was in regular stores, too! A deluxe version will be sold at the Universal Studios, but if you're cheap like me you can get this pretty much anywhere right now. While it was my intent to sit out Prime, I stumbled on some half-price toys and decided to pick up Evac (and a couple of others) as I had an eye out for this one as the first-ever "theme park" Transformers toy.
